Our process begins with you. At Energy Spectrum, we take a unique approach to energy assessment. Our award winning experts conduct an Energy Audit of your property, gathering broad and specific data not only via meters and machine analysis, but also through personal interviews with those who manage the facilities daily. We synthesize this data to form a detailed portrait of your property’s consumption.

Data Utilized. We develop a custom plan of action, using your specific data to address: Energy Procurement, Demand Response, Load Control, Submetering, Cogeneration, Rate Analysis and Bill Review.

Saving Millions. In addition to monitoring your usage to reduce expenses long term, Energy Spectrum connects our clients with programs and policies to positively impact their bottom line, such as: implementation of Leed/Energy Star conservation measures, participation in the Lower Manhattan Energy Program (LMEP), securing of ConEd Incentives, and compliance with applicable statutes and ordinances such as New York City Local Law 87.
